Анотація. Інтернет в суспільстві XXI ст. подолав традиційні межі мас-медіа і став інституційно-комунікаційною структурою, що впливає на функціонування основних соціальних інститутів і підсистем. Молодь в силу соціально-вікових особливостей відрізняється підвищеною відкритістю до комунікативного впливу, що детермінується багато в чому лабільністю її свідомості. Процес засвоєння молоддю стандартів і установок правової культури на сьогоднішній день неможливо уявити без інтернет-середовища, яке багато в чому заміняє інструменти формальної комунікації неформальними. Внаслідок цього існує порушення процесу передачі знань, соціального досвіду від старших поколінь до молоді, що неминуче негативно позначається на стані правової культури і динаміці її розвитку. На основі проведеного соціологічного дослідження автор приходить до висновку, що Інтернет має диверсифікований вплив на формування правової культури сучасної молоді. При цьому не можна стверджувати, що даний вплив здійснюється тільки в соціально-деструктивному аспекті. Нами зафіксовано високий рівень впливу Інтернету на процес формування правової культури сучасної молоді. Втрата впорядкованості, стійкості процесу комунікації між державою і суспільством, як основними суб’єктами процесу, і молоддю, як основним об'єктом, зумовлює дезорганізацію багатьох соціальних інституцій і підсистем. Саме тому законодавство України про телекомунікацію потребує значних змін, спрямованих на створення безпечного правового Інтернет-середовища для молоді.

Summary. Internet in the society of the XXI century overcame the traditional boundaries of the media and became an institutional communication structure that affects the functioning of major social institutions and subsystems. Due to socio-age characteristics, young people are characterized by increased openness to communicative influence, which is largely determined by the lability of their consciousness. The process of assimilation of standards and attitudes of legal culture by young people today is impossible to imagine without the Internet environment, which largely replaces the tools of formal communication with informal ones. As a result, there is a violation of the process of transferring knowledge and social experience from older generations to young people, which inevitably has a negative impact on the state of legal culture and the dynamics of its development. Based on a sociological study, the author concludes that the Internet has a diversified impact on the formation of the legal culture of modern youth. It cannot be said that this influence takes place only in the socially destructive aspect. We have recorded a high level of influence of the Internet on the process of forming the legal culture of modern youth. Loss of order, stability of the process of communication between the state and society, as the main actors in the process, and youth as the main object, leads to the disorganization of many social institutions and subsystems. That is why the legislation of Ukraine on telecommunications needs significant changes aimed at creating a safe legal Internet environment for young people.
