Анотація. Кількість напрямів застосування технологій зі штучним інтелектом (далі – ШІ) з року в рік стрімко зростає. На сьогодні технологічне середовище, в якому створюються засоби штучного інтелекту, неоднорідне, оскільки використовує різноманітні завдання, кінцеві цілі, Big Data, що аналізуються, програмні методики, аналітичні підходи тощо. Це потребує більшої цільової консолідації як технологічних так й соціальних ресурсів держав..
У роботі проаналізовано матеріали Стенфордського університету США “Artificial Intelligence Index Report”, а також стратегії розвитку ШІ низки держав та інші пов’язані із ними документи. Розглянуті основні напрями розвитку та застосування технологій ШІ в різних країнах. Загальний аналіз стратегій розвитку ШІ різних держав свідчить про те, що суспільство і уряди країн розуміють важливість застосування сучасних інформаційно-комунікаційних технологій, в тому числі і технологій ШІ. Розгортання технологій в масштабах більших ніж локальне дослідження потребує залучення великої кількості різних ресурсів – спеціалістів у сфері ШІ, технологічних потужностей, фінансових ресурсів, законодавчого регулювання. Це можливо вирішити тільки комплексно, застосувавши плановий, стратегічний підхід до розвитку сфери застосування ШІ. Саме тому держави розробляють Стратегії розвитку ШІ, які відрізняються одна від одної як цілями так і можливостями їх досягнення. Однак всі Стратегії мають одну загальну мету – позитивну модернізацію суспільства та впровадження технологій ШІ у всі сфери життєдіяльності людини.

Summary. The number of areas of application of technologies with artificial intelligence (АІ) is growing rapidly from year to year. Today, the technological environment in which the means of artificial intelligence are created is heterogeneous because it uses a variety of tasks, end goals, Big Data being analyzed, software techniques, analytical approaches and more. This requires greater targeted consolidation of both technological and social resources of states. The development of strategies for the development of technologies with artificial intelligence and the achievement of realistic goals is extremely important.
The paper analyzes the materials of the Stanford University USA “Artificial Intelligence Index Report”, as well as strategies for the development of artificial intelligence in a number of countries and other related documents. The main directions of development and application of artificial intelligence technologies in different countries are considered. A general analysis of AI development strategies in different countries shows that society and governments understand the importance of using modern information and communication technologies, including AI technologies. Deploying technologies on a larger scale than local research requires the involvement of a large number of different resources – specialists in the field of AI, technological capacity, financial resources, legislation. This can be solved only comprehensively, applying a planned, strategic approach to the development of AI. That is why states develop AI Development Strategies, which differ from each other both in goals and opportunities to achieve them. However, all Strategies have one common goal – the positive modernization of society and the introduction of AI technologies in all spheres of human life.
